This is a wonderful addition for any person and any household. It is a gem of a book for incorporating movement and creative ways to get stronger and fitter in the most creative and enjoyable ways that give you the biggest return for your time.

For full disclosure I've met Darryl in person and we are friends. I've attended his 'Primal Play' classes where I got one of my best workouts ever but it didn't feel like a workout, it just felt like play. So what is this book? It is a brief introduction about why movement and exercise are so important. It then has a 7 day plan for creative movement and play that involves no gym and minimum or no equipment whatsoever that will signal your body to get stronger and fitter.

There are descriptions and helpful pictures of whole body movements that you might never have thought of again. Practical suggestions like a jogging in place warmup. In minutes a day, less time than most people spend going to a gym these exercises will start signaling your body to get stronger and fitter. You will regain mobility, start increasing fat burning hormones and muscle building hormones like testosterone and IGF, naturally.

This is first and foremost useful. It will work for the whole family. You might have to work up to the routine and that is fine. But this is a guide to getting fitter, stronger, healthier all pretty much at your home, your workplace, your neighborhood. Possibly only needing a pull up bar. Superior to any gym membership in my opinion. Well worth it

This short simple guide to maintain fitness is well written and illustrated. The instructions are very easy to follow each day with Sunday focusing inward for relaxation and contemplation. It can be done by everyone with focuses on having fun and movement to maintain a physically healthy life.
This is a great introduction to natural and functional movement. I've just started doing this but even after a couple days I feel good. I'm really enjoying the program and looking forward to using it as a base for a few weeks while I get used to it. I am doing it with my partner for motivation too. A useful book and what a bargain at this price!
This 7 Day introduction to paleo fitness is your go-to guide for anyone who's interested in learning more about paleo workouts. Complete with easy to follow routines and high-quality pictures that are simple to follow this book pretty much has it all. It's a great book for beginners because it not only does all the planning work for you; it also gives you attainable goals. Too many times I've wanted to get into a fitness routine only to be discouraged after a brief look at the expectations, this was just the opposite however. I looked through all the routines and found myself readily thinking, "I could totally do that! And that, and that too!" So for anyone who's interested but maybe a bit intimidated by the idea starting a paleo fitness routine I highly recommend this book!
Darryl Edwards, the author of the book “7 Day Introduction to Paleo Fitness,” writes a great book on using the earth and universal energy to develop your physical fitness. Some of my strongest friends go to the park and do bodyweight exercises and are in great shape. Edwards provides a whole routine of techniques, instructions, and actual pictures of how to do the exercises that he proposes. It is a great way to add value to your existing exercise routine or begin doing it exclusively until you can build up to an advanced training schedule.The book offers knowledge to challenge beginners as well as those exercise enthusiasts who wish to add a new routine to their workout agenda.
I have come across the Paleo diet before but not considered the Paleo fitness aspect. This book has great pictures to demonstrate exactly how to do the exercises and an interesting program that you can adapt and follow for far more than seven days. Especially as it has beginner, intermediate and advanced versions of reps for each movement, and alternatives - you can tailor it to your needs.

I specially enjoyed the breathing and relaxation techniques mentioned together with the flow too. Not often this is included with high-intensity workouts. A fantastic book and great value for the price.
Darryl has done it - beautifully, simply and, above-all, user-friendly. He has distilled the essential movements of paleo fitness and put them into your pocket - complete with a daily work-out plan and photo demonstrations of the movements involved. I hate to break the news to you, but you no longer have the excuse of "I left Paleo Fitness on my desk" or "I forgot what page I was on" because it's now in your pocket, streamlined but yet covers all the bases. This is your net, your secret weapon, and your guide for being able to decide on a moment's notice "I have time for a short play-out" and have the information at your fingertips to follow through. This handy guide comes with my high recommendation.
This was a great introduction to the fun of Paleo movement. A lot of books get so focused on the Paleo "diet" (what you should and should not eat). Instead this book, just asks you to move naturally (crawl, jump, etc.). If you are someone who wants to switch up your workout or can't get to a gym, this book is a great way to add some new exercises. If you are someone familiar with MovNat or natural movement and need a quick, no-frills workout, this book might also provide some exercises.

The book isn't intended to provide a complete workout nor is it is designed for those just starting out, but if you want something different in your workout that works with your body, this book might be a great introduction to the Paleo philosophy adapted to movement.
